1. Requesting Deletion

If you want your DaamDekhi account data deleted, contact us through official DaamDekhi channels and include the email address used for your account.

2. What We Delete

• Account profile details (such as name and email).
• Stored wishlist and associated account-linked preferences.
• Device-token mappings used for push notifications.

3. What May Be Retained

We may retain limited records required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, and operational audit obligations for the minimum period required by law.

4. Processing Time

We aim to process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period after identity/account verification.

5. Local Device Data

Data stored locally in your browser/app (for example cart or cached session data) can also be removed directly by clearing app/browser storage on your device.
